OSCAR BAIT

Sun. Jan. 20 - 8:00 pm - 21+ -
FREE SHOW!
OSCAR BAIT - listen
The soundtrack to staying up all night playing Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2 and having your first Miller Lite at 7AM.
RUST RING
The idea of Rust Ring was not to be just another Midwest math rock band or try to be some kind of math rock super group, but to try and make interesting, complex, and also catchy songs. The music is equally influenced by 90’s indie, slowcore, and emo as well as contemporary punk and Midwest DIY music to create a sound that is Rust Ring.

COSTANZA

Tue. Jan. 22 - 8:00 pm - 21+ -
FREE SHOW!
COSTANZA - listen
Fuck Unwritten Law. Worst band on the planet? Most likely. We might be second, but at least we aren't pussy boy no talent dick weeds.
THE DAMN TRACKS
"We're The Damn Tracks. It's nice to meet you."

A DOZEN PACES

Sun. Jan. 27 - 8:00 pm - 21+ -
FREE SHOW!
A DOZEN PACES - listen
Chicagoland Rock and Roll with a punk rock heart, a bit of twang and a whole lot of soul.
FORESIGHT - listen
Foresight is formally composed of a bunch of “guys” and fronted by another “guy” by the name Matthew Vaughn Braun, who records all of the music with the help of his friend Riley Hardt (of The Walrus Filter) and Hunter Funk. Matthew Vaughn Braun, or just “Vaughn”, is a recording and mixing engineer, multi-instrumentalist musician, and producer. The band has a revolving cast of characters and a lot of ridiculous outfits, so you should probably come to a show or two.

LA ROSA NOIR

Tue. Jan. 29 - 8:00 pm - 21+ -
FREE SHOW!
LA ROSA NOIR - listen
La Rosa Noir is a post-punk band with danceable songs and soulful vibes. Inspired by surf, rockabilly, ska, and punk, La Rosa Noir strive for a sound that’s cool and fun.
SIDE HUG - listen
Fusing shoegaze and dream pop whilst dripping with sulky lyrics of unrequited love, Side Hug creates a cozy yet ethereal presence, often expanding into more ambient spaces from stripped down guitars. Their message comes across clearly just with their name: a sonic representation of awkwardness and sad boys, but their jams are anything but klutz.

FLESH OF THE STARS

Tue. Feb. 05 - 8:00 pm - 21+ -
FREE SHOW!
FLESH OF THE STARS - listen
Flesh of the Stars is a doom metal band from Chicago, Illinois, formed in 2014 by songwriters Matt Ciani and Mike Fox, bassist Travis Marmon, and drummer Nico Ciani. Flesh of the Stars' music is heavy, melancholic, and melodic. They have released three LPs - Hide, Hosanna, and Anhilla - and a fourth will be released in 2018.
NUDE MODEL - listen
Fashionistas, time to disrobe, unapologetically the music of Nude Model is for ALL. Grinding, dissident, hyper, stripped down, post-everything, made by four Chicago residents. Their sound comes from a deep appreciation of DIY music from 1977-1997. The music of Nude Model was not created in a bedroom, or on a computer, but with the use of electrified instruments.

POISON BOYS

Sun. Feb. 17 - 8:00 pm - 21+ -
FREE SHOW!
POISON BOYS - listen
"Chicago punks Poison Boys hail from a place that used to be occupied by Johnny Thunders and bands like the Dead Boys... They spit out the lyrics over some pretty heavy hitting punk n roll guitar licks that would have pleased Cheetah or even a young Wayne Kramer." - Uber Rock 2017
EASY HABITS - listen
Easy Habits are a band from the south side of Chicago, IL who like playin tight when the feelin's right. They keep listeners on their toes with a killer blend of catchy melodies and heavy grooves that fuse into an perennial style that will get those booties shakin and the earth a-quakin. But in all seriousness, it's only rock n roll, but we like it!

OLD GRAND DAD

Sun. Feb. 24 - 8:00 pm - 21+ -
FREE SHOW!
OLD GRAND DAD - listen
Old Grand Dad is an ethylene soaked 4-piece from Chicago, Illinois. Bred for rockabilly, these freaks have started sneakin' out by the light of the moon to taste the rest of the "Devil's music". Road tested and dancer approved, OGD is an all-singing, all-writing, washer pitchin' electric hayride on fire.
WILD EARP - listen
Wild Earp takes you on a road trip across Americana, taking his time along those country roads and learning some bad habits in the city. His songs are of a man who’s spent too much time alone in the forest, the prairie, the mountains, the desert, and the barroom. With a respectful nod to the old masters and a defiant scoff at the purists, Earp croons his country tunes, and mixes those pensive trail songs with jumping rockabilly, spirited bluegrass, rowdy rock, and sometimes ventures into the dark corners of folk. His lyrics thread traditional tales of heartache, sinful living, and celebration seamlessly with social commentary and absurdism. There’s wit, wisdom, woe, and a wild streak that keeps you guessing.

BARREN PLAINS

Sun. Mar. 10 - 9:00 pm - 21+ -
FREE SHOW!
TITANPOINTE - listen
Heavy, and metallic like our older bands, but more rocknroll.
BARREN PLAINS
Barren Plains is a four piece instrumental band from Chicago, Illinois. After the break up of their previous band Gunner's Daughter, Chris Behm (guitar) and Christopher Ramos (bass) decided to move in a different sonic direction. With the addition of Curtis Schreiber on drums and Christopher Kozubowski on guitar, Barren Plains creates an intricate musical landscape through a post metal filter while still clinging to a punk rock ethos.

DEEP CRUSH

Tue. Mar. 26 - 8:00 pm - 21+ -
FREE SHOW!
DEEP CRUSH - listen
Deep Crush blends 90s alt rock with a slab or grit thrown on top; Oasis meets Hüsker Dü meets Catherine Wheel.
SLEEPWALK - listen
A belligerent take on the modern shoegaze sound, Chicago’s Sleepwalk is as loud as possible with no eye contact, reverb to 10, angry, and all in black.
